About: '' This painting was born from a brief pause in my main exhibition, a moment to transform memories into paint. I always need to create between exhibitions. I found my inspiration in the old tailor on the corner, whose hands transform scraps of fabric and textures into pieces of pure beauty. I let layers of smoky orange and cobalt flow like seams, drops that echo loose threads and folded fabric. “Sartore” is my personal interlude, a tribute to the patience of this craftsman and to the silent pause we all need. I come from a family where, for generations, the business was the making and creation of clothes. Our life experiences have great significance in our memories.'' HB
