'Azeitão is a special and a typical village. Surrounded by sea, mountains and vineyard lands, this village is also full of walls covered with tiles worn out by time, concrete in several layers, gilded boards made of varnished wood... the textures are a world to discover. Based on what surrounds me every day, I had this invitation to use and create in a very passioned way, a piece that may reflects and represent those walls.'

The Technique
The term 'Giclée' is used to describe the following: an inkjet print that combines mineral pigment-based inks with archival quality paper (high permanence), in a process of exceptional color management and carried out on a giclée printer.
Our edition is made with this technique and with 12 inks.
As a final result we have a giclée prints of superior archival quality, high resistance to light and superb chemical stability.
